As a part of BMLDI, several of the BMLDI participants took advantage of the opportunity to participate in a program called "Hip Hop On L.O.C.K". The program shows the ability to identify and connect with youths ages 8-18, and teaches relevant life-long skills such as Leadership development, Organizational skills in addition to Cooperative economics and Knowledge of the music business that can be applied to everyday situations as well as math, science and literacy. As a result, the young men formed two groups the first one being called "FLI SOCIETY", (and yes, it's spelled correctly). The second group is called "K4M1KA2E" (spelled Kamikaze with 412 replacing some letters). For More information about Hip Hop On L.O.C.K., go to www.hiphoponlock.org $5 for a CD that's crazy.
